General Information
Shipping:
All plants will be securely packaged and packing is at our discretion. I ship my plants taken out of the pots and placed in RECYCLED shopping bags with the tops exposed (to prevent rot from wet tops). They are then surrounded by RECYCLED packing peanuts or taped securely to the sides and/or bottom of the boxes as needed.

All plant material will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with pot removed and loose soil removed to reduce shipping. All plants are shipped with tracking via USPS Priority Mail and need to be opened immediately upon arrival to your house.

Shipping will be on a Monday or Tuesday as soon as payment is received so that the plants do not sit over the weekend in a hot warehouse or postal truck.

Guarantee:
Plant material is guaranteed to type of plants and health. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee health once the plant leaves our premises as we have no control over the postal service, planting methods or placement of plants in your garden.

We cannot accept returns due to the delicate nature of plant material and chance of disease.

Please inspect your plants on arrival. If you have a problem with your plants at arrival or within the first week please contact us immediately. We will not replace plants that die from conditions outside of our control(i.e. Winter, Drought, Flood etc.). Thank you for your understanding on this."

Thank you and I hope your Winter went well and Spring it going well.

Planting Guidelines:
The following is only a suggestion: If you leave the plants in the box (either forgotten or no time to plant) for a few days they will not survive. Take them out of the box - leave the roots in the bag closed - do not place them in direct sun. Keep them moist but not wet. Plant as soon as possible. If you have any questions what so ever please do not hesitate to contact me.

Note:
Some plants need to be cut back to fit in the boxes. Please realize what makes a healthy plant is a healthy root system. I will only prune what I think the plant can handle.
